Damaged Goods and Returns Policy

If your goods are damaged in transit, please follow the following procedure:

- Save the original shipping carton(s) & packaging.

- Contact us via email within three days of receipt of the damaged goods.

- We will issue a call-tag and have UPS pick up the damaged items.

- When we receive the items, we will issue a credit to your credit card account or replace the items, as per your wishes.

- We cannot issue a credit or replace damaged items unless the damaged items are returned to the store.

- All claims must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise

If you wish to return items for any other reason, we will promptly credit your account upon receipt of the items. A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns and shipping changes are non-refundable. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
